Delivery Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Holy Frox. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery processing time

We understand your need to receive your order promptly. As some of your products are made to order, we aim to dispatch your precious goods within 14 days. However, please allow up to 14 working days for processing and delivery and enjoy a nice surprise when it comes early! Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unless it is stipulated that delivery is free or a flat fee, the delivery rate will be based on the weight and dimensions of the product. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Your delivery address
Please ensure to provide a valid delivery address. In the case that the courier delivers to an incorrect address any surcharges will be billed to your account.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s).

Delivery outside of South Africa
We do not currently deliver outside South Africa (RSA). Please contact us at info@holyfrox.co.za if you would like delivery outside of RSA.

Damages
Holy Frox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
